We understand that when purchasing online you can sometimes receive your items and they are not quite what you were after. We are happy to offer an exchange or give a credit, however, we do not offer refunds. You can either exchange to a different size or for another item on our website.
If you choose to exchange your item it is at your cost for the courier to return the item, and you are permitted to pay for the shipping of the new item.
We do not offer any exchanges or returns on SALE items.
Please note: Items are to be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition. The packaging must still be intact, and original labels still attached.
It is at our recommendation that you return any items using a tracked courier so that they don’t get lost in the post. You are responsible for the goods until they are received safely and in new condition.
If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item on email@example.com. We will need the item to be returned for inspection and once we have received the item we are happy to offer you an exchange, credit or a refund.
